We are partnering with “Focus On Women,” a medical practice in St. Charles dedicated to providing the best in care to surrounding residents.  As an innovative approach to health care, Body Evolution will be providing nutritional counseling and individualized exercise programs side by side with the staff at “Focus on Women.”  As this new partnership continues to grow, we look forward to meeting all your health and fitness needs.
